About the role
We are building a pool of Primary Teachers for Munglinup Primary School, a small community school serving Kindergarten‑Year 1 and Year 4. The successful candidate will create an inclusive, high‑expectation classroom, foster a growth mindset and support students’ social‑emotional development while delivering a balanced early‑years pedagogy.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging literacy programmes using the UFLI Toolbox and SpellEx.
- Implement numeracy instruction with the Origo Stepping Stone Math framework.
- Differentiate teaching to meet the diverse needs of multi‑age classes.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback and inform future planning.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Mallee and Esperance networks to shape whole‑school practices.
- Participate in professional development and contribute to a supportive school community.
Required profile
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with parents, students and staff.
- Commitment to inclusive education and continuous professional growth.
- Experience teaching in primary or multi‑age settings.
- Willingness to work flexibly in full‑time or part‑time arrangements.
Required skills
- UFLI Toolbox literacy programme.
- SpellEx literacy assessment tool.
- Origo Stepping Stone Math numeracy programme.
