Primary Teacher - District Relieving Teacher (Prep-6)

About the role

Blackwater North State School, in Queensland's coalfields, is seeking a Primary educator for a District Relieving Teacher position covering Prep to Year 6. The role is temporary and starts as soon as possible, around 11/12/2026 unless otherwise determined, covering Blackwater SS, Blackwater North SS and Bluff SS, with the option to also work at Blackwater SHS.

Required profile

• Relevant teaching qualification
• Full or provisional QCT registration
• Australian working rights or a valid visa
• Pre-service and graduate teachers are encouraged to apply, including practicum reports, mentor statements and an unofficial transcript
