Pricing and Sales Coordinator - Freight Forwarding

About the role

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is recruiting an experienced Pricing and Sales Coordinator for a freight forwarding and project logistics role, based in Perth or Queensland. You will work closely with the General Manager and Business Development Manager to prepare competitive freight solutions, coordinate supplier pricing and support business development across local and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate pricing and quotations for airfreight, seafreight, breakbulk, out-of-gauge (OOG), project cargo and multimodal freight.
• Liaise with overseas offices, carriers, suppliers and transport providers to obtain competitive rates and confirm service requirements.
• Prepare quotations, budget pricing, RFQs and tender submissions, including cost breakdowns, margins and commercial assumptions.
• Review supplier rates, routing options, equipment availability and additional costs to ensure commercially viable solutions.
• Support lead generation, opportunity tracking, customer follow-ups and business development activities.
• Assist with customer meetings, site visits and commercial presentations as required.
• Maintain CRM records, quotation logs and opportunity pipelines.
• Work with operations and project logistics teams so that proposed freight solutions are practical and achievable.

Required profile

• 3-5 years' experience in freight forwarding, logistics or project logistics.
• Strong experience in pricing, quotation preparation and supplier coordination.
• Understanding of air, sea and multimodal freight, freight cost structures and Incoterms.
• Exposure to project cargo, breakbulk, OOG, heavy lift or complex logistics movements is highly regarded.
• Experience coordinating with international offices, carriers and service providers.
• Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation and follow-up skills, able to manage competing deadlines.
