Premium Funding Partner

About the role

Howden Broking, part of the Howden group, is looking for a commercially minded Premium Funding Partner to increase the uptake of premium funding across its broking divisions. The role is highly visible and offers the chance to influence stakeholders, convert new opportunities and shape a premium funding proposition across a rapidly growing organisation. It works across broking divisions to embed premium funding into client conversations, placements and renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive premium funding growth across Howden's broking divisions.
• Partner with brokers and business leaders to identify opportunities.
• Educate and support broking teams, and develop and deliver training and educational material.
• Build relationships with funding providers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on portfolio growth, uptake and conversion.
• Develop tailored funding solutions that meet client needs.

Required profile

• Experience in premium funding, insurance broking, financial services, business development or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and convert commercial opportunities.
• Commercially focused, proactive and highly organised.

Required skills

• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of premium funding products and insurance broking is highly regarded.
