Preconstruction Coordinator (Full/Part Time)

About the role

Join a respected residential builder in Western Australia as a Preconstruction Coordinator. You will act as the primary point of contact for retail and investor clients, guiding them through the pre‑construction phase of both standard projects and occasional custom homes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear, timely updates to clients throughout the pre‑construction process.
• Liaise with internal teams across multiple departments to track job progress.
• Support retail and investor clients on project builds and occasional custom home builds.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + years experience as a Preconstruction Coordinator for a residential builder.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent time‑management and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, proactive attitude and a collaborative, positive approach.
