Precast Production Operator

About the role

Join a precast production workforce supporting a major transport construction programme in South Australia. The role offers both entry‑level and skilled pathways across multiple trades within the precast facility.

Key responsibilities

• Support precast facility operations according to your experience level, including labouring, gate operations, logistics and stores.
• Perform skilled tasks such as concrete finishing, formwork, concrete pumping, mould operation, crane operation with dogging and rigging, heavy vehicle driving and quality inspection.
• Follow safe work procedures and contribute to reliable production and quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn, follow instructions and safely carry out physical, hands‑on tasks.
• Ability to work reliably and constructively with others in a team environment.
• Relevant driving licences, trade or equipment licences as required for the specific skilled occupation.
