Practice Nurse – Full‑Time Permanent Role

About the role

ForHealth is seeking an enthusiastic Enrolled or Registered Nurse to join its Morley practice on a permanent full‑time basis. You will work alongside experienced nurses and GPs, delivering high‑quality, patient‑focused care in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer immunisations and manage post‑vaccine observations.
• Triage and prioritise emergency situations.
• Support GPs with minor surgical procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient clinical data.
• Provide wound care, including dressings and suture removal.
• Deliver patient education and coaching to improve health outcomes.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse.
• Previous experience in General Practice or an acute care setting.
• Strong time‑management and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, patient‑focused attitude and a team‑first approach.
