Practice Manager – Lead the Reopening of a Veterinary Clinic

About the role

Greencross Vets Cannington is seeking a Practice Manager to lead the reopening of its temporarily closed clinic. You will build systems, recruit staff and shape the clinic culture from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of patient care.
• Lead, support and develop the veterinary team, managing rostering, inventory and HR processes.
• Recruit and build a strong nursing team, driving continuous improvement in systems and workflows.
• Maintain excellent client service and foster a collaborative, high‑performing environment.

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent) with veterinary industry experience.
• Previous leadership or management experience is preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, calm and solutions‑focused approach.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for team culture and patient care.
