Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency
• Lead, mentor and develop the front-of-house and support teams
• Maintain a premium, patient-first experience across all touchpoints
• Manage rostering, scheduling and overall clinic coordination
• Drive business performance, including KPIs, revenue growth and cost control
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, policies and procedures
• Work closely with clinicians to support clinical outcomes and business goals

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Practice Manager within a dental practice
• Experience in a high-end or private practice environment is highly regarded
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Professional presentation and outstanding communication skills
• Commercial mindset with experience managing performance metrics and budgets
