POS Trainer - Hospitality Customer Onboarding

About the role

OOLIO/ordermate is an Australian technology supplier for the hospitality industry, providing POS and payment solutions to bars, restaurants and cafes. It is looking for a hospitality professional with 2 or more years' experience as a venue manager or in a front-of-house role to join its customer onboarding team. The Training Specialist provides specialist product knowledge, training, assistance and external-facing collateral (print, video, marketing and media) to help customers and their teams use the products and services effectively.

Required profile

• Hospitality enthusiast interested in the latest trends in hospitality technology.
• 2 or more years' experience as a venue manager or in a front-of-house role.
• Approachable, patient, flexible, efficient, disciplined and a problem solver.
• Good understanding of hospitality-based businesses and processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication; genuinely interested in teaching others.
• Experience at a venue using Ordermate is a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Mac OSX, Word, Excel and Outlook.
