Portfolio Revenue Manager (Parental Leave Cover)

About the role

Accor is seeking a Portfolio Revenue Manager to cover a 12‑month parental leave at the Sydney Boulevard Hotel. You will oversee revenue strategies across 2‑3 properties, working closely with sales, marketing and reservations teams to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue strategies for multiple hotels, ensuring consistent pricing and revenue management practices.
• Conduct market analysis, performance benchmarking and weekly revenue meetings to provide data‑driven insights.
• Produce topline revenue forecasts, optimise pricing and inventory, and drive incremental profit across all revenue centres.
• Mentor and coach junior revenue team members and maintain data quality in revenue management systems.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in a multi‑property environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and a proven track record of independent decision‑making.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with senior management, sales, finance and front‑office teams.

Required skills

• Experience with the IDeaS Revenue Management Platform.
• In‑depth knowledge of hotel distribution channels, including online travel agencies.
