PMO Reporting Analyst – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

The Privacy Reforms Program at ANZ is seeking a PMO Reporting Analyst on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. You will provide clear, dependable visibility of program progress, enabling proactive management and strong stakeholder alignment across the enterprise‑wide privacy initiative.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated program and project status reports, Control Group and Steering Committee packs.
• Maintain consistent reporting standards and ensure high‑quality information across all workstreams.
• Create executive‑ready dashboards and materials that strengthen governance and stakeholder confidence.
• Collaborate with project managers and leads to align updates, reduce rework and improve reporting efficiency.
• Maintain and support processes, templates and tools used by the program.
• Establish, maintain and report on program financials, issues, risks, changes, dependencies, deliverable performance and metrics.
• Coordinate program meetings, prepare agendas, pre‑meeting material, minutes and track actions.
• Identify, track and address potential slippage, cost overruns and other risks together with team members.
• Provide administrative support for project teams, including meeting preparation and general requests.
• Utilise processes and systems to ensure financial transactions are correctly reconciled and coded.

Required profile

• Previous in‑depth experience in PMO reporting and program governance.
