Planning Manager

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a senior Planning Manager to join its Melbourne head office. You will lead integrated planning activities, align corporate objectives with operational delivery, and provide forward‑looking insights to senior stakeholders across a global, sustainability‑focused organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain programme systems to monitor project progress.
• Identify risks and opportunities, create staging plans and ensure usable schedules.
• Coordinate activities of all personnel and ensure contractual requirements are met.
• Design and deliver progress‑monitoring tools, reports and dashboards.
• Manage internal and external interfaces and incorporate them into the overall programme.
• Review and communicate staging plans, time‑scaled logic diagrams, and baseline references.
• Oversee approval of all project programmes, plans and commercial deliverables.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 10 years of planning or project‑management experience in construction/engineering.
• Strong communication, prioritisation and leadership abilities.
• Proven capability to influence and gain commitment from diverse stakeholders.
