Pick Packer – Warehouse Order Fulfillment

About the role

We are expanding our new Healthhub warehouse in Brooklyn, Melbourne and need reliable individuals to join our pick‑packer team. This full‑time position involves handling stock, assembling orders and ensuring timely dispatch for our e‑commerce pharmaceutical platform.

Key responsibilities

• Pick correct stock using the warehouse picking system and assemble individual orders.
• Box orders for dispatch and verify completeness, including use‑by dates.
• Dispatch orders with the appropriate courier following customer instructions.
• Receive incoming goods, inspect for damage and reconcile with invoices.
• Open delivered packages, remove contents and replenish shelves using FIFO.

Required profile

• Demonstrated reliability and a positive attitude.
• Physically fit, able to use a step ladder and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to undergo a police check as part of the hiring process.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy to operate the warehouse picking system.
