Pick Packer & Order Fulfilment Specialist

About the role
We are seeking a reliable Pick Packer to manage order fulfilment for ArborMaster, a leading arbor retailer. You will handle picking, packing, shipping, and customer communications to ensure timely delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Process incoming orders, pick and pack items, and arrange shipments.
- Communicate with customers via email and phone regarding order status.
- Book freight with carriers and resolve freight queries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our inventory system.
- Check and respond to order-related emails daily.
Required profile
- 1-2 years experience in pick and pack and freight handling.
- Strong written communication skills with good spelling and grammar.
- Clear and confident phone communication.
- Current Australian driver’s licence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Docs.
- Experience using inventory management systems.
