About the role
WorkPac is recruiting casual labourers and pick packers for its client, a well-established specialist trade and tool retailer serving the Grafton and wider Northern Rivers area. The client sells professional-grade tools, equipment and trade supplies mainly to tradespeople, contractors and serious DIY customers. The position starts in November 2026, pays $42 per hour plus penalties, and runs Monday to Friday, 7am to 4.30pm.
Key responsibilities
- Picking and packing stock and orders
- Restocking and replenishing shelves
- Moving and organising boxes and stock
- Unloading incoming deliveries
- Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse
- Assisting with general stock handling duties
Required profile
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Current NSW driver's licence (mandatory)
