Physiotherapist - South Adelaide

About the role

Amplar Health, part of the Medibank Group, is looking for a passionate Physiotherapist to join its Amplar Local team in South Adelaide (Marion to Aldinga locations). The role is permanent, part or full time, and focuses on helping people take part in everyday life through in-home care, virtual health services and community programs.

Key responsibilities

• Work with a range of clients in the community, supporting and guiding them to achieve their goals
• Deliver private services for individuals with self-identified needs
• Run the Rehab in the Home program, focused on post-orthopaedic surgery
• Deliver the Hospital in the Home program for clients after hospitalisation, including general surgeries
• Support Home Care Package clients who want to stay independent at home

Required profile

• AHPRA-registered physiotherapist
• Passionate about person-centred care
• Comfortable working independently in a community setting
• Willing to travel across Adelaide; a reliable vehicle is essential (kilometre reimbursement offered)
• Relocation allowance available for relocating candidates
