Physiotherapist – Community and Aged Care

About the role

Amplar Health, part of the Medibank Group, is looking for an experienced or newly qualified physiotherapist to join its Amplar Local team in Perth (South). The role is permanent, full or part time, and focuses on helping people take part in everyday life by working with clients in the community and in residential aged care facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support private service clients with self-identified needs
• Deliver rehabilitation in the home, focusing on post-orthopaedic surgery
• Provide Hospital in the Home care for clients recovering after hospitalisation, including general surgeries
• Support Home Care Package clients who want to stay independent at home

Required profile

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a physiotherapist
• Current driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
• Comfortable working autonomously in the community within a supportive team
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
