Physiotherapist - Allied Health Reliever Program

About the role

Hunter New England Health is recruiting a Physiotherapist for its Allied Health Reliever Program in the New England North West area. This is a full-time temporary position (38 hours per week) covering planned leave in blocks, with the chance to work across adult and paediatric, inpatient, outpatient and community services. The program is supported by the Allied Health Directorate and offers exposure to different teams.

Required profile

• Physiotherapist with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA.
• Flexible, adaptable clinician who enjoys variety and thrives in new environments.
• Demonstrated high level of verbal, written and interpersonal communication, able to adapt style to different audiences.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a multi-disciplinary team to manage complex situations.
• Understanding of the issues related to clinical practice in rural communities.
