Pharmacy Student / Pharmacy Assistant

About the role

TerryWhite Chemmart Murrumba Downs, located in the Murrumba Downs Shopping Centre and Medical Centre precinct, is looking for a part-time Pharmacy Student or experienced Pharmacy Assistant. The position involves 10-15 hours per week, with preferred availability on Sunday 8:00am-6:00pm, or Friday 10:00am-6:00pm and Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm; additional hours may be available for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Support the pharmacy team with a variety of tasks that keep the store running smoothly and efficiently
• Deliver exceptional customer service and recommend over-the-counter products suited to each customer's needs
• Advise customers in line with their level of training and experience
• Guide customers through health services and front-of-store products so they can make informed choices
• Maintain a clean, organised and compliant work environment

Required profile

• Pharmacy Student or experienced Pharmacy Assistant wanting to grow in community pharmacy
• Reliable, motivated to learn and sees a future in pharmacy
• Positive and optimistic, able to share that energy with the team and customers
• An S2S3 certificate
