Pharmacy Manager

About the role

TerryWhite Chemmart Brookside is a well-established community pharmacy in the Brookside Shopping Centre in Mitchelton, part of a network of more than 600 pharmacies across Australia. As Pharmacy Manager you will lead the day-to-day dispensary operations, oversee a collaborative team and deliver healthcare and customer service to the local community. The role also involves influencing the pharmacy's strategic direction through inventory management, financial performance and service innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with professional, legislative and company requirements, and maintain the highest standards of patient care and safety.
• Manage risks, meet professional obligations and report compliance concerns promptly.
• Drive operational excellence and support the pharmacy's growth through inventory management, financial performance and service innovation.

Required profile

• Current registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
• Vaccination and medication injection accreditation is required.
• Community pharmacy experience preferred; passion for community pharmacy and clinical care.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Minfos is advantageous.
