Pharmacist - Community Pharmacy

About the role

TerryWhite Chemmart Brookside is a busy, well-established community pharmacy in the Brookside Shopping Centre in Mitchelton, offering vaccinations, medication management, sleep health services, health checks and personalised patient care. It is recruiting a Pharmacist for a part-time or full-time position, in a supportive, patient-focused team.

Key responsibilities

• Accurate dispensing and expert health advice to patients
• Ensure the safe and effective use of medications
• Take part in Care Clinic services
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes
• Contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency
• Comply with TerryWhite Chemmart standards, policies and legislative and professional requirements

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
• Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent)
• Right to live and work in Australia
• Community pharmacy experience preferred; vaccination training preferred
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication
