Pharmacy Assistant – Flexible Hours

About the role

Join Chemist Warehouse as a Pharmacy Assistant and become the friendly face of our stores across Australia. This role offers flexible full‑time, part‑time or casual hours, allowing you to balance work with other commitments while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with queries, provide product advice and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain tidy, well‑stocked shelves and replenish inventory as needed.
• Operate the Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system to process transactions efficiently.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure they are visually appealing.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, customer‑focused attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Effective communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of pharmacy products is a plus (training provided).
• S2 & S3 training or Community Pharmacy certifications (I–III) are advantageous.
