Pharmacist – Retail Pharmacy

About the role

Join Australia’s largest retail pharmacy group as a Pharmacist in Queanbeyan. You will deliver comprehensive patient care, support a friendly team, and help drive the store’s commercial success in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily store, dispensary and team operations in line with Pharmacy Board of Australia standards.
• Provide professional patient counselling and complete care solutions.
• Accurately dispense prescriptions using the MyScripts system.
• Supervise interns, student pharmacists and dispensary assistants.
• Oversee inventory management, order processing and stock control.
• Support and develop new business strategies to grow the pharmacy.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Dedicated work ethic with a collaborative team mindset.
• Ability to pass a satisfactory National Criminal History Check.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MyScripts dispensing software.
