About the role

The Pharmacist in Charge will lead the Lalor pharmacy, ensuring safe and accurate dispensing while delivering exceptional customer service. This full-time, on-site position combines clinical expertise with operational leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff to maintain high standards of service.
• Dispense medications accurately and provide professional consultations.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to prevent shortages.
• Ensure compliance with the Pharmacy Board of Australia regulations and all relevant health-care laws.
• Maintain safety protocols and uphold the pharmacy’s quality standards.

Required profile

• Current registration as a Licensed Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer-oriented pharmacy services.
• Strong leadership and management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
