Personal Trainer – Tweed Heads (Qualified & Non‑Qualified)

About the role

Fitness Cartel is looking for enthusiastic Personal Trainers to join our growing network in Tweed Heads. Whether you already hold a fitness qualification or are ready to start your certification, you will work with a large member base and state‑of‑the‑art facilities to help clients achieve their health goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1‑on‑1 and small‑group training sessions tailored to individual objectives.
• Utilise provided business tools, spreadsheets and trackers to manage client programmes and monitor progress.
• Build strong client relationships and develop personalised training journeys.
• Contribute to a positive club culture alongside a passionate team.
• Participate in ongoing mentorship, education and career development activities.

Required profile

• Qualified Personal Trainer (Cert III & IV in Fitness) or a willingness to commence certification.
• Passion for fitness, health and helping people succeed.
• Self‑motivated, organised and eager to grow a personal training business.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire confidence.
