About the role

We are seeking a motivated Personal Trainer to join Ultimate Performance’s Sydney studio. You will work with a premium global brand, delivering the U.P. Method to clients and focusing on coaching rather than sales.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one personal training sessions using evidence‑based techniques.
• Guide clients through sustainable body‑transformation journeys, providing personalised nutrition and lifestyle advice.
• Build strong, trusted relationships and maintain detailed progress records.
• Analyse client data, adjust programmes and ensure measurable outcomes.
• Participate in structured education, mentorship and continuous professional development.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary up to AUD 72,400 per year plus a bonus pool of up to AUD 15,000.
