Personal Brand Producer

About the role

Wedded Wonderland is a global luxury destination wedding and celebrations platform with more than 1 million Instagram followers. Its co-founder, Wendy El-Khoury, produces unedited face-to-camera content that regularly reaches 40,000+ views per post. As Personal Brand Producer, you will turn this raw energy into a daily, commercially driven content machine by scripting, producing and directing the content, working closely with Wendy in Sydney.

Key responsibilities

• Own the weekly content calendar across Instagram Reels, Stories and LinkedIn
• Script face-to-camera Reels using Claude to draft in Wendy's voice, then refine and personalise
• Record remote interviews with Riverside.fm and process raw footage through Descript for transcript-based editing
• Use OpusClip to generate short-form clips from long-form content and Captions.ai to auto-caption and style them
• Brief the remote editing team with AI-assisted briefs and monitor performance within 24 hours
• Attach a commercial call to action to each piece of content
• Maintain a 4-week rolling content bank and bring 5-10 new ideas to Wendy every Monday

Required profile

• 2-4 years producing personal brand or founder-led social content, with a portfolio showing Instagram Reels performance
• Understanding of hook-first structure and what makes a Reel earn attention in the first 3 seconds
• Ability to write in someone else's authentic voice
• Based in Sydney with at least 3 days per week available on site
• Commercial mindset: every post has a clear purpose

Required skills

• Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, Riverside.fm, Descript, OpusClip and Captions.ai
• Instagram Reels production and LinkedIn content
• Bonus: ManyChat, luxury wedding or lifestyle industry knowledge, LinkedIn B2B content strategy, and familiarity with influencer content models
