Performance Marketing Manager - Health & Fitness (4-Month Contract)

About the role

Six Degrees Executive is recruiting a Performance Marketing Manager for a 4-month fixed-term contract, running performance for a global fitness app during its peak Cyber campaign period from November into the New Year. The business is subscription-based, so success means getting the right people into a trial and converting them to paying subscribers at the right cost. The role covers media, creative testing and the funnel, from the ad through to the App Store and paywall. It is hybrid: two days in the Cremorne office and three from home.

Key responsibilities

• Run day-to-day campaigns: builds, optimisation, budget pacing and creative testing across app and web
• Own the creative testing roadmap (hooks, concepts, formats, talent and offers) and turn results into briefs for production
• Work with GTM, Lifecycle, Data and Product teams to improve landing pages, paywalls and App Store conversion
• Manage a large media budget across Meta, TikTok and Apple Ads
• Own reporting on ROAS, CAC, cost per trial, conversion and LTV, and use the data to explain what happened and what should change
• Lead and support a Performance Specialist

Required profile

• 6+ years in paid media or performance, with hands-on experience on Meta, TikTok and Apple Search Ads
• Experience managing large budgets and thinking about commercial outcomes, not just platform metrics
• Real experience running structured creative testing, not just ad-hoc A/B tests
• Good understanding of app and web funnels and of attribution
• Experience managing junior team members
• Ideally a background in subscription, digital consumer or tech businesses
