Performance Manager - Digital Media

About the role

Atomic 212 is looking for a Performance Manager to drive digital media outcomes for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will lead campaign strategy, optimisation and performance across paid search, paid social, programmatic, display and remarketing, working closely with client teams, media specialists, analytics experts and technology partners.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with clients, give proactive insights and act as the main point of contact for campaign performance and channel strategy
• Present campaign results, reports and optimisation recommendations to stakeholders
• Oversee campaign planning, execution and optimisation across search, social and programmatic channels
• Manage digital budgets and media allocations, and review media plans, audience targeting and campaign set-up
• Analyse campaign data, ensure reporting frameworks, tracking and tagging are correct, and troubleshoot technical issues
• Mentor Performance Executives, drive best practice, efficiencies and automation, and coach and train them

Required profile

• 4+ years in a digital, performance marketing or analytical role within an agency or consultancy
• Strong experience in paid search; paid social and programmatic trading preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong client communication and stakeholder management
• Passion for digital marketing innovation and advanced organisational and time management skills
