Performance Analyst

About the role

As a Performance Analyst on JLL's Whole of Australian Government (WoAG) account, you will monitor, analyse, and enhance the performance of a large government property portfolio, turning complex data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit quarterly and monthly performance reports, ensuring accuracy and contractual alignment.
• Develop and update Entity Operations Reports, Annual Business Plans, and budgets per deed guidelines.
• Track and analyse KPI performance, identifying risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate responses to Requests for Information and audit processes, organising subject matter experts and ensuring quality.
• Manage WoAG registers (Savings, Innovation, Discounts/Benefits, Conflicts of Interest) to enhance reporting and compliance.
• Lead continuous improvement projects, reviewing processes and implementing efficiencies.
• Support Australian Government Property Register data collection in collaboration with Business Intelligence and Finance teams.
• Oversee the Quality Assurance Program for WoAG, reviewing templates and reports for contract compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Proven experience in performance or data analysis with complex datasets.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organisational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain AGSVA Clearance and related security clearances.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, data visualisation).
• Experience using Microsoft Teams for collaboration.
