People Specialist – HR Generalist & Operations (Perth, ANZ)

About the role

We are looking for a People Specialist to provide comprehensive HR Generalist and Operations support for our Perth business and the wider ANZ region. You will act as the primary HR contact, partnering with managers and employees to deliver day‑to‑day HR services and drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR matters in WA, supporting managers and staff on employee relations, performance management and talent development.
• Assist the Senior People Business Partner in organisational change initiatives, recruitment processes, and succession planning.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS systems (MySpace, ADP) and manage the full employee lifecycle, including contracts, offer letters and payroll inputs.
• Coordinate payroll with external vendors, produce HR reports, and support compliance and process‑improvement projects.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Technology and payroll teams to ensure seamless HR operations.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in HR generalist functions within a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
