People Solutions Coordinator

About the role

Nine, Australia's largest locally owned media company, is looking for a People & Culture Coordinator on a 12-month contract. The role provides a high-class people experience by delivering consistent, personalised support across the employee lifecycle, acting as a first point of contact for leaders and employees with solutions-focused advice in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create contract documentation for new starters and internal movements, meeting agreed service levels.
• Manage the Workday inbox to review tasks, approve workflows and generate data insights for employee management.
• Advise on Awards and Enterprise Agreements to ensure compliance for contract preparation.
• Assist with visa processes in line with immigration legislation and company policy.
• Optimise systems and processes to improve the customer experience.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and business leaders on recruitment systems and processes.
• Support People & Culture initiatives and provide ad-hoc administrative assistance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an HR support or coordination role, including HR documentation and employee records management.
• Exposure to HR policies, compliance requirements and industrial instruments such as EBAs and Awards.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Pragmatic problem-solving, resilience under pressure, attention to detail and strong time management.
• Right to lawfully work and live in Australia.
