People & Culture Intern (HR) - Brisbane

About the role

Gallagher Bassett, Australia's largest Third-Party Administrator, is offering a 5-week paid internship in its Brisbane office in January 2027. The internship sits within the People & Culture team, which helps create a positive and inclusive workplace. No prior HR or corporate experience is needed.

Key responsibilities

• Support key HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement initiatives
• Assist with learning and development programs to help employees grow
• Collaborate on projects that enhance workplace culture and employee wellbeing
• Gain exposure to HR policies, compliance and best practices

Required profile

• Student or graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, Management, Industrial Relations, Social Sciences, Communications, Learning & Development or a related field
• Scheduled to complete studies in 2027 or later
• Available full time for 5 weeks from Monday 18 January to Friday 19 February 2027
• Domestic or international student with full Australian working rights
