About the role

St Aloysius' College is seeking a highly organised, service‑oriented People & Culture Administrator to support the full employee lifecycle. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will help deliver professional, compliant HR services that enhance staff experience and align with the College’s mission.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interview coordination and new‑starter documentation.
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts, letters and other HR documentation.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and update HR information systems.
  • Support compliance activities such as statutory reporting and policy adherence.
  • Respond to employee enquiries and provide timely, confidential assistance.
  • Contribute to the consistent delivery of core People & Culture processes across the College.

Required profile

  • Proactive, detail‑oriented professional with strong organisational abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Commitment to supporting staff and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Background in People & Culture, Human Resources, or relevant administrative experience.
