P&C Business Partner

About the role

Infomedia is looking for a P&C Business Partner based in Sydney. The role combines strategic business partnering with people leadership and ownership of key people frameworks, supporting business leaders in driving performance and helping the organisation grow.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to turn their goals into effective HR strategies, coach managers on leadership and team dynamics, and align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Oversee talent management, including workforce planning, recruitment, talent development and succession planning, and lead retention, promotion and internal mobility initiatives.
• Support performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews and career development discussions.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, manage employee relations issues such as conflict resolution and investigations, and promote an inclusive workplace.
• Lead organisational development and cultural transformation, and run change management activities including communication, training and support.
• Keep HR policies and procedures up to date and legally compliant, advise on employment law and contract management, and support WHS compliance.
