Payments Specialist – Transaction Banking

About the role

The Payments Specialist will drive sales of Transaction Banking products to Business & Private Banking customers. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones, while meeting revenue and profitability targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver high‑quality service and tailored payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate profitable growth of Transaction Banking products within the Business & Private Banking segment.
• Design and present customised payment solutions based on client needs and pricing strategies.
• Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to deal closure, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
• Provide guidance on the Transaction Banking product suite to internal teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support seamless delivery.
• Conduct customer needs analysis and develop industry‑specific pricing approaches.
• Contribute to marketing collateral, process mapping, project management and analytical improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in direct sales of banking or financial products.
• Demonstrated ability to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with both external clients and internal teams.
• Capability to design tailored solutions and conduct pricing analysis.
• Experience in project management, analytical thinking and process improvement.
