Payments Account Manager – ANZ (Remote)

About the role

EverCommerce is seeking an ANZ Payments Account Manager to drive adoption of Timely Pay and Terminals among existing Timely customers across Australia and New Zealand. You will build strong relationships, identify opportunities, and help customers grow their businesses through our payments solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of payments opportunities within the existing Timely customer base.
• Proactively engage customers via calls, emails and follow‑ups to uncover needs and recommend appropriate Timely Pay and Terminal solutions.
• Communicate the value of payments products and support business growth.
• Manage opportunities from initial conversation through conversion, ensuring long‑term customer success.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and other teams to meet payments growth targets.

Required profile

• Experience in account management, sales or a similar customer‑facing commercial role.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools.
• Collaborative mindset with a customer‑first approach.
