About the role

AccorHotel’s ibis Styles Brisbane is looking for a reliable part‑time Cook to join its energetic kitchen team. You will help deliver high‑quality meals to both business and leisure guests in a vibrant, modern hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain all required mise en place to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment while meeting high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Follow stock rotation procedures and minimise food wastage through effective inventory management.
• Receive and check deliveries, unpack produce, and store stock according to food safety requirements.
• Clean, maintain, and monitor kitchen equipment, reporting any faults to the Executive Chef.

Required profile

• Full Australian Working Rights (no sponsorship).
• Trade qualification or pursuing Certificate III in Cookery or higher.
• Passion for cooking and a genuine interest in a culinary career.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
