Part‑time Business Development Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role
We are looking for a part‑time Business Development Manager to drive new sales for our food & beverage portfolio. You will work remotely, focusing on high‑volume outbound outreach to cafés, restaurants and hospitality buyers across Australia.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new B2B customers in the F&B sector.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline from initial contact to closing.
- Conduct short‑cycle sales conversations, negotiate terms and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and outcomes.
- Collaborate directly with the founder to refine sales strategy.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B or F&B sales.
- Ability to generate and manage a pipeline from scratch.
- Self‑motivated with strong autonomy and output‑based focus.
- Comfortable working three days a week with flexible hours.

What we offer
- $50K base salary (equivalent to $83K full‑time) plus $80‑90K OTE.
- Remote work with a preference for Sydney‑based candidates.
- Strong commission structure and real autonomy.
