Parts & Facilities Coordinator

About the role

Komatsu Australia is seeking a Parts & Facilities Coordinator for its Tom Price branch. You will support internal and external customers by coordinating parts supply, warehouse operations and facility maintenance so the branch runs safely, efficiently and to Komatsu's high standards. The role suits someone who enjoys customer service, organised operations and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Manage parts enquiries and orders
• Coordinate inventory and freight
• Oversee facility maintenance, tooling and equipment compliance
• Support customers and keep operations safe and efficient

Required profile

• Previous experience in parts operations, parts interpretation or a warehouse environment
• Understanding of inventory management systems and inventory control principles
• Strong customer service, communication and relationship-building skills
• Good numeracy and written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current driver's licence and forklift licence
• Commitment to workplace health, safety and environmental standards

Required skills

• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and mainframe systems
• Inventory management and control
