Parts Coordinator QLD

About the role

Linde Material Handling, part of the KION Group, is looking for an experienced Parts Coordinator to serve internal and external customers by phone and email. The role covers answering parts enquiries, preparing quotations, picking and dispatching spare parts daily and keeping adequate stock levels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle spare parts enquiries by email and phone, covering interpretation, search, price and availability for over-the-counter and internal customers
• Prepare quotations for parts supply and availability
• Process spare parts orders for internal and external customers
• Pick and dispatch spare parts daily
• Keep storage areas tidy and maintain adequate stock levels and inventory control of consumables
• Liaise with local and internal parts suppliers, raise purchase orders, receive goods and process supplier invoices

Required profile

• At least two years' experience in parts interpretation within the industry or a related one
• Understanding of the fundamentals of warehousing and stock control
• A certificate in warehousing, parts interpretation or similar is desired
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy

Required skills

• General computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Experience using ERP software to track parts stock levels
• Ability to identify potential selling opportunities
