Parts Coordinator FIFO (Tom Price)

About the role

Hitachi Construction Machinery (Australia) Pty Ltd, a manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Parts Coordinator to join its Tom Price site on an 8/6 FIFO roster. You will report to the Pilbara Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Provide service to internal and external customers for parts enquiries and requirements
• Interpret customer requests and accurately identify and supply the required parts
• Sourcing parts from suppliers and internal networks as needed
• Generate and process parts invoices in a timely manner
• Maintain warehouse management and stock levels to support the Pilbara business
• Coordinate and complete parts deliveries across the Pilbara region
• Update and maintain computer records
• Resolve invoice and purchase order discrepancies

Required profile

• Previous experience in a parts environment
• Developed mechanical understanding; knowledge of earthmoving/construction equipment is an advantage
• High level of computer literacy
• Forklift licence
• HR licence is an advantage
