Partnership Manager

About the role

atWork Australia connects people with disability, injury, health conditions or additional support needs with sustainable employment. As a Partnership Manager in Perth, you will work with national employers to build recruitment partnerships that benefit both businesses and job seekers. You will act as a trusted advisor to employers, helping them attract diverse talent and create meaningful employment pathways. This is a relationship-driven role combining account management, stakeholder engagement and workforce solutions expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with major employers
• Identify and create high-volume employment opportunities
• Design and deliver innovative workforce solutions
• Co-design inclusive recruitment programs and hiring pathways
• Support interviews, placements and onboarding activities
• Analyse employer recruitment processes and identify improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver sustainable employment outcomes
• Monitor partnership performance and achieve agreed KPIs
• Promote diversity, inclusion and accessible employment practices

Required profile

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency at the time of applying
• Ideally experience in account management, partnerships, recruitment, sales or business development
• Ability to engage with stakeholders across a range of industries
• Current Australian driver's licence
