About the role
The Store Associate (Part‑time) is the front‑line customer service specialist at UNIQLO, responsible for delivering exceptional shopping experiences and representing the brand.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers throughout the store, fitting rooms and checkout.
- Maintain high shop‑floor standards, cleanliness and visual merchandising.
- Process deliveries, keep stock areas tidy and replenish merchandise on the floor.
Required profile
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer‑service roles preferred.
- Approachable, comfortable speaking with a wide range of customers.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions quickly and strive for excellence.
