Part-time Registered Nurse – Aged Care

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team at St Vincent’s Care Carseldine on a permanent part‑time basis. The role involves delivering high‑quality nursing care to aged‑care residents across a rotating schedule of six shifts per fortnight.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and support to residents in accordance with individual care plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to promote a safe and welcoming environment.
• Uphold resident rights and respond promptly to their health and wellbeing needs.

Required profile

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Previous clinical nursing experience in an aged‑care setting.
• Flexibility to work both AM and PM shifts as outlined in the roster.
• Strong customer‑service orientation, attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• National Police Certificate (issued within the last six months) and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
