Part-Time Receptionist - Dental Practice

About the role

Maven Dental Morley is looking for a part-time receptionist to join its team. As the face of the practice, you will welcome patients, keep the front desk organised and work closely with clinicians and the wider team. It suits an experienced receptionist or someone with a strong customer service background who wants to build a career in dentistry.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service
• Manage appointments and clinician schedules
• Answer phone and email enquiries
• Process payments and health fund claims
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Support the team with day-to-day administration tasks
• Help ensure the smooth operation of the practice

Required profile

• Previous experience in reception, administration or customer service
• Friendly and confident approach when dealing with patients
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm and prioritise when things get busy
• Reliability and a genuine willingness to help the team

Required skills

• Good communication skills and a professional manner
• Dental reception experience using EXACT is highly regarded, but not essential
