Part-Time Despatch & Administration Officer (SAP)

About the role

A manufacturing business in Dandenong South is looking for a part-time Despatch & Administration Officer to help keep customer orders and deliveries moving. The role covers the administration behind despatch, working with warehouse teams, transport providers and internal stakeholders so that orders are processed accurately and deliveries stay on track. Hours are part-time across five days, Monday to Friday, and the position is advertised as SAP Essential.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders and update information in SAP.
• Prepare despatch paperwork and maintain shipment records.
• Coordinate freight bookings and delivery arrangements.
• Liaise with warehouse and production teams about order readiness.
• Follow up outstanding orders and resolve delivery discrepancies.
• Respond to enquiries and provide general administration support.

Required profile

• Experience in despatch administration, logistics, warehouse administration, sales support, order processing or manufacturing administration is welcomed.
• Hands-on SAP experience and enjoyment of work combining accurate administration with regular communication and coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and follow through on outstanding matters, with a practical approach to problem solving.
• Clear, professional communication skills.
• Availability to work onsite in Dandenong South for part-time hours across all five weekdays.
