Part-Time Customer Service Representative - Mandurah

About the role

The Retail Bank, the public face of CommBank, is looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join its Mandurah branch. The role works closely with the Branch Manager and colleagues to deliver a good experience for every customer, and refers customers to specialists for more complex needs. Rosters are predetermined, and applicants must be available for Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 1:30pm, 20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Build a personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations
• Ask about and respond to customers' transactional needs in the branch so they leave satisfied
• Follow the Bank's processes and procedures, including accurately reconciling transactions and reviewing customers' financial positions
• Engage with customers by taking part in community events and fundraising activities
• Look after the safety and wellbeing of the team

Required profile

• Ability to ask the right questions, find the right solutions and act with integrity, placing the customer at the centre of everything
• Passion for service excellence, comfortable working independently but able to refer customers to specialist team members
• Ability to work in a busy, commercial and driven retail environment while seeing the big picture for customers
• Genuine passion for the customer and for doing the right thing
