Part-Time Customer Service Representative

About the role

Matrix Education is hiring part-time Customer Service Representatives for its Bella Vista, Castle Hill, Chatswood, Epping, Hurstville, Strathfield and Parramatta campuses. The role is casual, 3 to 4 days per week including at least one weekend shift, and involves providing administrative services to customers, improving processes and building strong client relationships. Full on-the-job training and support is provided.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the campus
• Handle inbound telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries
• Make outbound sales and engagement calls
• Own end-to-end enrolment management, from trial lessons through enrolment to retention
• Manage customer profiles and enrolments in the CRM
• Deliver internal communications at campus level and support staff and students on site
• Carry out ad hoc administrative duties

Required profile

• At least two years' experience in customer service, administration or a call centre
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a confident, polite and professional approach
• Attention to detail when documenting and entering information
• Able to stay calm and focused during busy periods, with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems; Salesforce CRM experience is a big plus
